This is a private office that is yours for the entire month.

Deposits and Fees

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members, we require a Security Deposit equal to one month’s membership fee for all membership plans, except for the virtual office option.

This deposit serves as a safeguard to cover any potential damages or outstanding fees in the event of membership cancellation. Please rest assured that we’re here to support you every step of the way, and this deposit ensures that our space remains a place of comfort and security for all.

As part of getting started with your membership, there’s a one-time setup fee of $99. This fee covers the setup of your member portal, digital check-in, and mailbox, ensuring that you have everything you need to make the most of your experience with us.
